Rogers-O'Brien proudly announces that Dr. Zan Wesley Holmes Jr. Middle School has received a 2013 Topping Out award, in a joint submission with Perkins+Will. Holmes Middle School is a 3-story, 205,000 SF environmentally sustainable facility for the Dallas ISD, built to accommodate 1,250 students. Featuring 64 classrooms, multiple administration offices, a library, an auditorium, several gymnasiums and adjacent athletic fields, the school opened its doors in 2012.

Topping Out unites industry leaders from both Dallas and Fort Worth to recognize and honor excellence in the fields of development, architecture and construction which positively impact our communities. Projects are awarded not on the basis of individual achievement, but rather in honor of the collective accomplishments of the entire team responsible for a project's success.

Congratulations to the Holmes Middle School project team!
