The DDX6 distribution facility for a confidential, high-profile commerce company was completed by Rogers-O’Brien in Frisco, Texas. The tilt-wall facility was constructed on a 50-acre site and consists of a 200,000 SF distribution facility and 13,000 SF of office space. The building has eight drive-thru canopies, 16 loading dock doors and 1,800 parking spaces.
