Rogers-O’Brien completed the ground-up, design-build construction of the KDC Independent Financial Bank branch in Sugar Land, Texas, for repeat client KDC. This single-story, 4,935-square-foot facility features a 21-foot maximum ceiling height and includes six private offices, a welcoming lobby and hospitality area, and a secure vault and money-counting room.

The project also incorporated 29,760 square feet of paving and a ballistics-rated wall at the drive-thru to enhance security.
