Currently under construction, the RO and GFF team were handpicked to design and build the SMU Cox School of Business renovation and expansion. The project consists of approximately 157,000 SF of renovations to the Joseph M. Wylie Fincher building, the Trammell Crow Building and the Cary M. Maguire building. The expansion will include approximately 63,000 SF added to existing buildings and underground connecting spaces.

The expansions and renovations will lead SMU into the next century of learning, with more dynamic and integrated learning spaces. Updates will include major enhancements to technology, "cluster classrooms," and event spaces. This project is part of SMU's Ignited Campaign. 

SMU is a repeat client for the RO + GFF team.
